The 18th annual Harford County Environmental Scholarship Awards Ceremony was held May 19th at the Harford Glen Environmental Education Center. Taylor Hendricks, a student at Havre de Grace High School, was awarded the county-wide scholarship. Mr. Mark Herzog, assistant supervisor of science, led the program and delivered keynote address.
