Libraries Help Harford Residents Beat the Heat

(Belcamp, MD) With recent temperatures soaring over 100 degrees, many residents are stopping by the branches of Harford County Public Library (HCPL), which have been designated as official cooling centers for Harford County. Also serving as a place for those still without power to use the computers, charge cell phones and ride out the heat wave, many HCPL staff have set up areas for games and other fun indoor activities to stay cool.
