(Belcamp, MD) With recent temperatures soaring over 100 degrees,
many residents are stopping by the branches of Harford County Public Library
(HCPL), which have been designated as official cooling centers for Harford
County. Also serving as a place for those still without power to use the
computers, charge cell phones and ride out the heat wave, many HCPL staff have
set up areas for games and other fun indoor activities to stay cool. All
branches of Harford County Public Library will be open on Friday, July 6 and
Saturday, July 7 from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. Read more...
