- - Chad McGraw, a Recreation Specialist with the Department of Parks and
Recreation has been named “Employee of the Month for July 2012”. McGraw received
the award during a presentation by County Executive David R. Craig on July 12,
2012.
Mr. McGraw, a
10-year employee with Harford County Government, was nominated by his
