These were the topics of speeches passionately presented by Joppatowne High School students participating in Toastmasters International’s Youth Leadership Program. Recently, the Gunpowder Toastmasters Club, based at the Edgewood Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground, sponsored the eight-week program in the arts of communication and leadership at the local school.
