Transitioning from high school to college can be a tough obstacle for a student to face. With this in mind, a committee of 28 different members from Harford County Public Schools, several Harford County Government offices, the Susquehanna Workforce Network, and Harford Community College combined their knowledge and efforts to organize and host the second annual Futures 11 event, a preparatory conference reserved for Harford County’s high school juniors.
