Eleventh grader Nhya Fields, from Edgewood High School, is the winner of WJZ's 18th Annual Black History Oratory Contest and will get some help paying for college. Nhya was awarded cash, a scholarship from Toyota Financial and gifts from the Enoch Pratt Library. Read more...
