The Bel Air Downtown Alliance Will Be Hosting Their 3rd Annual Chocolate & Wine Affaire and 9th Annual Chocolate & Candy Festival the Weekend of March 5-6, 2010

BEL AIR, MD – It’s that time of year again in Downtown Bel Air, MD when everyone in town is anxiously awaiting the return of the annual chocolate events, hosted by the Bel Air Downtown Alliance, at the Bel Air Armory on Friday, March 5 and Saturday, March 6.
