Face a Winter Without Books? Nevermore! The Winter Reading Program for adults and teens at Harford County Public Library (HCPL) starts on January 4 and runs through March 6. Upon registering, participants receive a pen and adults who read or listen to at least five books and teens who read or listen to at least three books will receive a commemorative mug.
