Exceptional Harford Community College students who plan to transfer to a four-year institution and have demonstrated financial need may submit scholarship applications to the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation. The HCC application deadline is December 23, 2009. All candidates for the scholarship must be nominated by Amy Spinnato, HCC faculty representative.
