Bel Air, Maryland — Hays House Museum in Bel Air, Harford County will mark Native American Indian Month with special events on Sunday November 8 from 1 to 4 pm.
Visitors will learn about the life of Native Americans while exploring an eighteen-foot tipi, viewing Native American beadwork, and learning about the life, clothing and customs of the Plains Indians. Musicians will demonstrate Native American flute music on authentic instruments. The Archaeology Society of the Upper Chesapeake will display a diorama and artifacts of pre-historic Maryland.
