(Bel Air, MD) The Harford County Department of Public Works is seeking public input on a proposal to revise Chapter 214 of the Stormwater Management Code.
A revision to the County Code is required as the State of Maryland recently revised and updated the Stormwater Management Design Manual and COMAR Regulations.
Subsequently, Harford County must now revised Chapter 214 of the County Stormwater Management Code also. Read more...
