Harford County Public Library (HCPL) Foundation will host its 5th annual gala, invent, an evening in the stacks, on November 7, 2009 at the Abingdon branch.
“This year’s gala is a celebration of the library’s commitment to STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) experiences for children and teens.
