Julienne Irwin, Bel Air’s own celebrity, country music singer and finalist of the show America’s Got Talent, will be holding a benefit concert to support Harford County Public Library on August 8th from 6-8pm at Rockfield Manor.
“I am so excited to be able to support the library,” stated Julienne. I learned to read when I was 3 years old and the library is a great way to get kids to read at any age!”
