(Harford County, MD) – Major Dale Stonesifer of the Harford County Sheriff’s Office graduated on June 12, 2009, from the 237th session of the FBI National Academy Program held in Quantico, Virginia. One of 250 students, Major Stonesifer joined men and women from various law enforcement agencies from around the world. Classmates included law enforcement professional from the continental United States including the District of Columbia, twenty-three international countries, four military organizations, and five federal civilian organizations.
