Teens at the Whiteford Branch created a waterproof wall mural out of recycled plastic bottle caps in celebration of the summer reading program theme Be Creative @ Your Library. “The teen group that meets at the branch decided to decorate the outside walls since the branch is being renovated and the staff and materials are temporarily being housed in a trailer,” stated Suzy Vogtman, Young Adult Librarian at the branch.
