Vicki C. Panos was recently inducted into the Harford County Public Schools Educator Hall of Fame as its 143rd member. Vicki Panos was born and raised in Harford County and attended Bel Air elementary, middle and high schools. After her high school graduation in 1965, Ms. Panos attended Towson State College, graduating in 1969 with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education. Read more...
