CORE Leadership Program Aligns Strengths With Strategies

Two years ago, Harford Community College started the CORE Leadership program as a supplement to the well-respected Harford Leadership Academy (HLA), which recently graduated its 19th class. “We always get a lot of positive feedback about HLA,” explained Marlene Lieb, Associate Vice President of Continuing Education and Training at the College. “Where HLA does a fantastic job of introducing class members to the various aspects of leadership throughout Harford County, we developed CORE as an internally-focused leadership development program. It’s a very different format.”

The CORE Leadership program was designed in partnership with Beacon Associates and is taught by Michael Boyes (pictured) , who brings over 20 years of experience in leadership development and consulting. Read more...
