Last year, Ms. Sandy Hawkes, art teacher at Patterson Mill Middle-High School, applied for a Beautification Grant through Harford County Government. She was selected as a recipient of the grant totaling nearly $10,000 to use towards a beautification project at the school. The beautification project was completed by Ms. Hawkes’ art students and will become a permanent part of the school.
The faculty and students of Patterson Mill held a grand revealing ceremony of these beautification projects during the art show entitled, “Behold Beautification.” Art students planned, prepared the projects and presented the completed artwork during the event. Read more...
