Margo Sybert, a fifth grader at Homestead/Wakefield Elementary School, recently won the Green Pedal Essay Contest. The essay contest was a new piece of the Bike to Work event held May 15th in Harford County. Bike to Work Day is a national celebration and the signature event for May as Clean Commute Month.
