The Harford School Health Services Association (HSHSA) announced the 2008-09 Nurse of the Year, Mrs. Debra Kauffman, RN, at its annual banquet held at the Bayou Restaurant in Havre de Grace on April 30th. For the past 18 years, HSHSA has been honoring one Harford County Public School Nurse as Nurse of the Year who is selected back on demonstrated outstanding service to the school, the school system, and the profession.
