The Town of Bel Air is pleased to announce its annual Historic Preservation Commission’s 2009 Preservation Month Contest. Contestants are eligible to win a number of prizes. The artwork done by fourth graders is judged by the Commission and first, second and third place winners each receive a savings bond, while honorable mentions are awarded gift certificates.
