Harford Community College will hold its 51st Commencement Ceremony on Thursday, May 21, at 6 PM in a tent on the College grounds. The traditional cap and gown ceremony will honor associate degree and certificate graduates from August 2008, December 2008, and May 2009. The keynote speaker will be William K.
