Children and adults of all ages are invited to put a little play in their day by joining the Y of Central Maryland in celebrating Healthy Kids Day. On Saturday, April 18, 2009, the Walter and Betty Ward Family Center Y will host this day of family fun as a way to encourage children to make healthy lifestyle choices and to educate individuals about health and wellness resources in their community.
