The Bel Air Downtown Alliance is pleased to present "Girls Night Out" beginning on Thursday, April 16, 2009 and continuing every third Thursday of the month from 5 to 8 p.m. in Downtown Bel Air. The purpose of the event is to encourage women of all ages to spend some evenings in historic Downtown Bel Air enjoying extended shopping hours in the various specialty boutiques and dining in the restaurants and pubs.
