The Greater Baltimore Regional Junior Miss Scholarship Program, a preliminary local competition to America’s Junior Miss Program, has awarded the 2010 Charm City’s Junior Miss title to Ashleigh Omorogbe, junior in the Science and Math Academy at Aberdeen High.
