The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada has
announced that Harford County Government has received the GFOA’s Distinguished
Budget Presentation Award for its budget.
Kim Spence, Chief of Budget and Management
Research was presented with a certificate of recognition for Budget presentation
