County Councilman Dion Guthrie set to host 1st Annual Southern Harford County

In an effort to inform
residents and businesses located in Harford County’s southernmost district of
the continued growth that is occurring inside and outside the gates of Aberdeen
Proving Grounds, Councilman Dion Guthrie (District A) will be hosting the 1st
Annual Southern Harford County Symposium on Thursday, February 20, 2014 from
7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at The EPICENTER at Edgewood. The symposium, which is free and
open to the public, will feature several speakers who will discuss their vision
for the Edgewood/Joppa areas and explain the expansion projects ready to begin
