Chamber of Commerce and County Executive to Hold “State Of The County” Luncheon

BEL AIR, MD – The Harford County Chamber of Commerce is holding a “State of the County” luncheon on Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 11 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Richlin Ballroom & Catering in Edgewood.
