In recognition of the 200th anniversary of the War of 1812, Harford
County Executive David R. Craig has issued Executive Order 13-3 announcing
“Display of War of 1812 Commemorative Flag.” The Order issued by the County
Executive directs the display of the official War of 1812 flag to continue
through December 24, 2014, to commemorate the signing of the Treaty of
