Vendors are needed for the Harford County Department of Parks and Recreation’s Swanfest, which will be held October 11 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Swan Harbor Farm. Located on the Chesapeake Bay in Havre de Grace, this family fun event includes children’s activities, musical entertainment, mansion tours, canoe rides and demos, Renaissance re-enactors, petting zoo, handcrafted goods, great food and more.
