Route 40 Business Association Announces HCC Student Scholarships

The Route 40 Business Association announces the establishment of two $1,000 scholarships for students planning to attend Harford Community College. One scholarship will be awarded to a recent high school graduate and the second will go to a returning adult student. To be eligible, a student must be planning to major in business and reside along the Route 40 corridor. The traditional college-bound student must have graduated from one of the high schools along the Route 40 corridor.  The award can be used to defray the cost of tuition, fees, and books. Read more...
