The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region’s (The Arc NCR) Treatment Foster
Care (TFC) program is seeking people willing to open their homes and hearts to
help a child. Thousands of children in Maryland are placed in foster care.
Treatment Foster Care at The Arc NCR helps the neediest of these children who
have suffered abuse and neglect, and without people to provide a home locally,
these children will continue to suffer the trauma of being moved away from their
community. TFC parents provide loving homes, a high level of care for children
in need and stable relationships that are meant to last a
