The local real estate market continues to show signs of
improvement. Statists from MRIS® multiple listing services, the Maryland
Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® show Harford
County outperforming our neighboring counties.
October homes sold in Harford County increased 15% from 218 homes
to 251 homes compared to the same month last year. Baltimore County was up 14%
and Cecil County sales remained the same. Maryland showed a 9%
