Harford County Cultural Arts Board is pleased to announce an art exhibit of the
works of Mike Scampone titled “Abstract-Abstracts” through the end of August in
the Council Gallery located at 212 S. Bond Street, Bel Air, MD 21014. A reception with the artist will be open to
the public on Tuesday, August 12 from 5:00-7:00pm. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday
