Susan Dougherty is the featured artist for Arts by the Bay Gallery’s Midsummer Exhibit.

Susan moved to Havre de Grace from Florida in 1973. She has lived in Havre de Grace for the last 40 years. Susan has a son Merrill Jr. a daughter in law Katie and two beautiful grandchildren. Merrill, Katie and her grandchildren are the loves of her life. Read more...
