Fallston, MD – Oliver, a 5-year-old brown and black tabby cat was lounging in a deluxe cat condominium at The Humane Society of Harford County’s (HSHC) off-site cat adoption center, Rescue Me! at Harford Mall, when he caught the eye of Heather Simon and became the 300th cat to be adopted since the center opened last fall.
