Harford County Receives Broadband Fiber Network Award

Information and Communication Technology awarded for HMAN 

 

(Bel Air, MD) - - The Harford County Office of Information and Communication Technology is the recipient of the 2014 Community Broadband Fiber Network of the Year Award.  The county’s technology office received the award for their efforts in bringing the countywide Harford Metro Area Network (HMAN) to fruition. The HMAN connects county and municipal government as well as Harford County Public Schools, Harford County Public Libraries and the Volunteer Fire Companies to the Internet. Read more...
