Sheriff L. Jesse Bane Appointed to the Governor’s Commission to Reform Maryland’s Pretrial System

[Bel Air, MD] Sheriff L. Jesse Bane recently accepted an appointment to the Governor’s Commission to Reform Maryland’s Pretrial System.
