- - The Community Mediation Program in the Harford County Department of
Community Services needs Volunteer Mediators to provide alternative dispute
resolution services. Volunteer mediators receive 45 hours of Basic Mediation
training and 5 hours of follow-up for free. Volunteers can be age 13 and
up. In order to receive the free training, a
person must make a commitment to attend all of the training, complete an
apprenticeship program and donate 36 hours of volunteer time. Read more...
