prize package valued at more than $11,000.

— Seventeen-month-old Caleb Williams was named 2014 Harford’s Most Beautiful
Baby as part of the fifth annual “Celebree Presents Harford’s Most Beautiful
Baby” contest which took place on Saturday, May 10, hosted by Harford Family
House. As the winner of the contest, Caleb received more than $11,000 in cash
and prizes, including a full year of pre-school valued at $9,000 donated by
