Gums (Texture Innovation Center) in White Marsh and members of the Cornell
University Department of Food Science recently hosted a six week ‘Ice Cream
University’ at the TIC Gums facility in White Marsh.
Students from Bel Air and Havre de Grace high schools were chosen
as the 2014 Ice Cream University winning team. The ice cream flavor that the
students developed will be sold at Broom’s Bloom Dairy beginning in May. Read more...
