Mr. Timothy O’Brien of Havre de Grace Middle School
was named Outstanding Teacher of American History in Maryland by the Maryland
State Society Daughters of the American Revolution at their 109th Annual State
Conference in Hunt Valley. He received a certificate, pin and a monetary gift
from MSSDAR, presented to him by State Regent Linda C. Mistler and State
