Teen Short Story Competition Winners Celebrated at Book Release Party

(Belcamp, Maryland) Harford County Public Library celebrated local teen writers with a special Book This! release party at the Aberdeen Library on February 28. During the month of January, teens wrote and submitted short stories set in Harford County for the Book This! Short Story Publishing Competition. Teen librarians and local authors chose the winning submissions to be included in a published book that was distributed to all the teens at the release party. The final compilation was titled Destination and Other Stories, named after the winning story by Hannah Humphries. Read more...
