Phelan House – a Safehouse Project for SARC

Providing Hope and Resources to Victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Violence, Child Abuse and Stalking 

 

Bel Air, MD, March 25, 2014 – SARC, Harford County’s resource for victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, child abuse and stalking is undertaking a campaign to design and build a model facility based on research that dignifies survivors and provides them with a welcoming, secure environment.
