Harford County Executive David R. Craig today presented the County Council and
the citizens with a comprehensive report on the State of the County in his ninth
and final address since taking office.
“Having twice been
elected by the citizens of this great county and after weathering a myriad of
challenges together, I can say with a great deal of pride and assuredness that
the State of Harford County is strong, solid, stable, and successful,” said
