The Harford County Department of Community Services is proud to announce Rebecca
Jessop as the new Harford County Cultural Arts Board Coordinator.
Jessop discovered
the arts in the early nineties. She
studied acting and was involved with Baltimore’s thriving community
theatres. Jessop worked as the Director
of Special Projects for the historic Senator Theatre for 13 years. She was responsible for everything from world
