John Ryan announced that he filed with the Harford
County Board of Elections as a Republican Candidate for
Sheriff.
He reports that, according to election officials, he
is the only candidate to have filed for that office. Ryan said he is looking to
affect changes in the Harford County Sheriff's Office, including lower crime and
reducing wasteful spending through sound policing, true leadership and restoring
