ore than 500 local participants entered the fourth
annual 2013 Conservation and Stewardship Poster Contest, an event cosponsored by
Harford County Public Schools (HCPS) and the Harford County Government. The
girls ruled the winners circle this year in every category. Rebecca Dyer from
Forest Lakes Elementary, Katie Levey from Jarrettsville Elementary, Abby Stephen
from Southampton Middle, and Skylar Bodt from Fallston High each took first
