& Community Development Commission (ECDC) held its annual Business of the
Year and Archer-Bull Design Awards banquet at the Liriodendron Mansion, 502 West
Gordon Street in Bel Air.
Tiny Toes,
located at 4 North Main Street, took home top honors as the 2013 Business of the
Year. Owners Karen Jacobs and Tina Lewis were on hand to receive the coveted
award, which is bestowed upon the business and individuals that contributes the
most during the year in terms of volunteer service and community development in
