Harford Community College Appoints Dr. Thomas Franza as Chief Information Officer

Harford Community College announces the appointment of Dr. Thomas Franza to the position of Chief Information Officer.  Dr. Franza joined the College on October 14, 2013.

 

Prior to coming to Harford, Dr. Franza was the Director of Academic Information Services at Dowling College (Oakdale, NY), a position he held since 2000.  He was concurrently serving as an adjunct associate professor of Computer Information Services (CIS) where he was teaching a graduate level online class, Quantitative Methods in Business.
